Mentoring
The development and progression of our colleagues is hugely important to us at KSNPM.
All staff benefit from dedicated mentoring from the senior management team together with bespoke career development plans, annual progress reviews and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and with colleagues from across the business.
Our CPD team are constantly developing our CPD content library and arranging for expert training and lunch and learn sessions from industry experts.

We have a very active social committee at KSNPM, always on the look out for new activities.
